  3.                * FaxMail Network for Windows Installation *

  6. Installation/Reinstallation:
  7. Shut down and restart the computer because you can not reinstall or
  8. modify a file that; is in use, is running, and in some cases if it has
  9. been running earlier. When rebooting, be sure you do not start any apps
  10. or programs. Be sure that FaxMail and associated files are not running or
  11. in use, and that FaxMail is not running as a service. Then, with no
  12. programs running, go to [Start], [Run], [Browse] and browse to
  13. A:\SETUP.EXE.

  15. You will find SETUP.EXE on the FaxMail Network for Windows installation
  16. diskette. SETUP.EXE must be run from a floppy drive, A: or B:.
  17.  
  18. From the Program Manager, [Run] A:SETUP.EXE.
  19.  
  20. SETUP.EXE will create a directory called C:\FMNW_TMP and expand the files
  21. from the FaxMail Network for Windows installation floppy diskette into
  22. C:\FMNW_TMP. Then INSTALL.EXE will create a directory called C:\FAXMAILN
  23. and install FaxMail Network for Windows into it. After the installation,
  24. you may want to remove C:\FMNW_TMP.
